Since its premiere in 2015, Love Island has produced couples who have stayed together after leaving the villa. When Love Island premiered on ITV2 in June 2015, fans didn't know what to make of the show's fresh plot. The British dating show featured hot singles in their 20s who have to spend several weeks in a luxury villa and are tasked to find love while performing a series of challenges. After eight weeks in the villa, the public votes for their favorite couple and who they want to walk away with the grand prize of $50,000.
The most recent Winter edition ended two months ago and saw Kai fa*gan and Sanam Harrinanan walk away with the grand prize. This Love Island season was also the first time a Casa Amor contestant would win the show, as the genuine love on display from Kai and Sanam utterly blew viewers away. However, they aren't the only couple that has made such a big impression on fans through the years. Some have gone on to have a blissful romance outside the villa.

One couple who don't seem ruffled at all since they left the villa are the winners of this year's winter edition, Kai and Sanam. Although Kai initially coupled up with Tanyel Revans and then Olivia Hawkins, there was no turning back once they met during Casa Amor.
The two served up some real couple goals on their way to claiming the grand prize. During their exit interviews, Kai and Sanam didn't mince words as they revealed they were in it for the long haul. Although she broke Shaq's heart when she returned to the villa with Martin, Tanya and Shaq showed the true strength of their love when they quickly found their way back to each other.
The two still endured rough patches, but they stuck together and ended the season stronger than ever. Since exiting the villa, the two have been nearly inseparable. They melted hearts in April as Tanya pulled out all the stops while celebrating Shaq's twenty-fifth birthday. That same month, they also had their first romantic getaway at a luxury apartment in Manchester. T two shared every bit of the special occasion with their fans on Instagram.
